– Return Period: You may return most items within 7 days from the receiving date.
– Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.

2.2 Return Process

– Packaging: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
– Shipping: Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

3.1 Refund Processing
– Timeframe: Refunds will be processed within 10 – 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
– Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your payment provider.

– Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

4. Exchanges
Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item.
